Florence, MS- Week #80

Hey there everybody!
I hope you have had a fantastic week! We have been doing pretty good over here! This week was filled with a lot of stuff, so I hope you are ready for this!

Sunday: We went to church and then after church we packed up all of our stuff to travel to Shreveport, MS! We spent the night with the Bossier Sisters and we had a ton of fun! We stayed up talking to them all night it was great!

Monday: We did personal and companion study, and then we headed up to the church for the Zone Training Meeting! During the break of the meeting we took headshots of the missionaries in that zone for the Tranfer board in President Olson's office! It was a ton of fun! I got to run into one of my old comps Sister Steadman! It totally made my day! I love that girl to death! Of course we took some pictures and we matched yet again! Hahah #compunity #notevenplanned it was amazing!

That night we went on splits with the Brownlee Sisters. We found some cool potentials for them so hopefully they will just be able to baptize them all! That night we traveled to Monroe, LA and spent the night with the Monroe STL's! Yup, y'all know what that means! I spent the night with Sister Saunders too! We had a blast. We just caught up all night and laughed at our crazy selves. I freaking love her so much too! (:

Tuesday: We had our studies in the morning and then we went to their Zone Training meeting to take more pictures! We left their meeting early, and then made our way back to our own area to work and spend the night in our own apartment.

Wednesday: We went to our own Zone Training Meeting, and at the end of the meeting they had my comp and I bear our final testimony as a missionary, that was some sad stuff right there! It was really cool though because we had all of the sisters that came out with us there and they bore their testimonies as well! It was fun seeing sister Bartsch one more time before we went home. Next time I see here it will be at the mission home!  we have pictures of that too!

Last transfer for these 4....

That night we traveled to Hattiesburg and I got to visit Mr. Bob Buckner again! He is one of the highlights of my mission! He is awesome! We had a good visit and got to catch up a bit! I will be seeing him again when my parents come and pick me up from the mission. I am soo pumped for that! Then we spent the night in my old apartment, that was super weird! So many memories were flashing back in my mind as I was there. I love Hattiesburg so much! Definitely one of my most favorite areas!

The weather was awesome, the palm trees were legit, everything was soo beautiful except for the water. haha  it was like greenish, it was weird! Thank goodness nobody swims in it! Who knows what is in the water anyways!  haha.

Sunday: We went to church. Y'all I love this branch! These people crack me up! They are truly amazing. Then we ate a quick lunch at the church and went right back to work! We visited a couple less actives in the branch and then went and saw some more members in Florence!

It has been a very eventually week and I don't really have the time to explain it all. It was fun seeing the whole mission and seeing all my mission friends. I love them so much! I hope y'all have a blessed week.I hope you enjoy Thanksgiving, it truly is a time to give thanks. I am grateful for this time to be a missionary. I am grateful for awesome friends. I am grateful for the gospel. I know that this church is true! I love it with all my heart! I challenge you all to think of at least 10 things you are grateful for this week. I know that the Lord will bless you for it and that you will see how merciful the Lord really is in our lives.  I love y'all! Have a great week!
